Founded in 2025, Apt. 205 was born out of a desire to bypass traditional industry gatekeepers and build a studio where creators could own their voice, own their audience, and build something real from the ground up. Our work spans original narrative films, cultural commentary, community-driven podcasts, and branded partnerships with companies like Meta, Samsung, H&M, and more.

We also produce community-based content through sub-brands like Roommates Club, a social film club and event series, and Cynovo, our in-house distribution arm focused on platform-first releases.
